Sitting left-right: probably Emma Anders Kearns, Martin Leonard Kearns, Opal Aneta Kearns, Caroline Elizabeth Wilson Kearns, martin Leonard Kearns, Jr., Howard F. Kearns.
Opal and Howard were children of Martin L. Kearns, Jr. and Emma Anders. I suspect one of the ladies next to Margaret Kearns and Nellie Kearns would be Myra Love, a family friend.
